Library opening hours on all working days is from Monday - Saturday 9.30 AM – 4.00 PM. except Holidays.

Circulation Hours:

Library Circulation on all working days is from Monday - Saturday 10.30 AM – 4.00 PM. except Holidays.

Library Faculty/Students/Staff should produce their ID card for the issue of books.:

• Lending of Books-
  Faculty-10 books- 1 semester - 4 months.
  Staff -2 books-30 days.
  Research Scholars-2 books-30 days.
  Students-2 books-14 days.
• MBA Borrowers AFTER 14 DAYS PAY 1 RS PER DAY FINE AND AFTER 14 DAYS TO PAY 3 RS FINE PER DAY.
• BCOM / BBA/ BCA Borrowers AFTER 14 DAYS PAY 1 RS PER DAY FINE.
• Borrowers are responsible for the damage or loss of Library books on their library account..
• Books can be renewed on the due date unless there is a demand for same. Physical presentation of the book at the counter is required for renewal.
• Borrowed books must be returned on or before the stipulated due date.
• Books, magazines, journals should be handled with care, if a issued book is damaged or lost it should be replaced with the latest edition available or current cost of the book.
• Reference books, Journals, Magazines, Newspaper cannot be issued.
• Bags, Personal books, eatables, and beverages are not permitted inside the library.
• Books taken for reading should be left on the table, please do not try to replace the book on the shelf, chances are there it may be misplaced.
