This Section of the Library deals with the procurement of books (library and book grant) and other documents on a day-to-day basis & the following processes are now done through Koha ILMS:

- Selection Process;

- Approval Process;

- Order Process;

- Receiving and Accessioning and

- Invoice Process

• Technical Processing

The library materials, like classifying, cataloging & and physical processing to get the materials ready to put on library shelves. Library follows:

- Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) scheme for 

 Classification

• Serial Controls

The periodical section handles Print as well as electronic Journals through an agrigator.

• Circulation

- Maintaining Member records

- Check-out

- Check-in

- Renewal, etc.

• Maintenance

 - Shelf Rectification;

- Binding;

- Replace and Discard/Withdraw;

- Stock verification, etc.

• IT & Computer
